People who use Old Vine Marketing Inc. Services
Old Vine Marketing Inc. offers various services to the public. For example, we send out an email newsletter with Direct Marketing Tips for the wine industry.. We use the third party email distribution company, VerticalResponse, to send information requests, but they are only allowed to use the information to distribute the email. We have to hold basic information (email address, name, etc) of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information about people who have requested the Direct Marketing Tips newsletter to carry out a survey related to issues of interest in the wine industry. When people subscribe to our services, they can unsubscribe at any time and are given an easy way of doing this. All unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
Visitors to our website
When someone visits our website we collect standard internet logfile and/or page tag information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of Old Vine Marketing Inc's website. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We use Google Analytics to help analyze use of our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be upfront about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
