The company’s founder, Steve Bowden, has more than 22 years of experience in strategy development, process analysis, systems design and in-depth data mining. This included responsibility for building and maintaining a 300K name consumer list, building a 9,000 member consumer/ shareholder wine club, managing 15 web sites, developing direct branding, direct selling and retention campaigns, building a sophisticated marketing database and campaign management system and conducting marketing research to measure the impact of direct marketing efforts on satisfaction, share of wallet and brand image perception.
